During the day I am able to teach piano to local students in Cottage Grove, Saint Paul Park and Woodbury, MN. I started my studio in Illinois, teaching in nearby Wisconsin, too. It was hard to close my studio there and move on, but that is the life a military spouse must endure and grow in.
Music is life long and I promise to provide for you the strongest base you will need to build your music making skills. I have taught music since 2005 and due to my military travels, I have students from all over the world. At this time I have many grown students who have gone on to play percussion, guitar, cello, flute, and more. I have one presently who is flipping and flying as a cheerleader for the University of Minnesota. A strong, firm beat is needed to perform that skill! Many have had early opportunities to perform at my small recitals. Now they have experienced performing for large audiences for the colleges/universities they attend. It’s a joy to see them progress and even to see them teaching their children now.
